Decent grab-and-go breakfast options available, fitting well with a busy schedule. The clean atmosphere and modern design helped create a comfortable space for my stay.
A ten-minute walk to downtown for food wasn’t ideal, especially on rough mornings. Breakfast was pre-made, leaving room for improvement in freshness. The refund situation raised suspicions. unclear communication post-stay left me uneasy.

I stayed for 6 nights while visiting the Tarrant County Courthouse and exploring Sundance Square. The hotel's cleanliness and modern vibe really impressed me, and I appreciated the included breakfast. The room was a good size, and I enjoyed the comfortable bed and well-equipped gym. The only downside was the noisy AC that interrupted my sleep a few times, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

8/10
The bed was wicked comfy, and the place was cleaner than my kitchen. I loved grab-and-go breakfast! Staff was helpful, even when the cards were acting up. But, they seriously need to sort out that bathroom towel situation. One tiny rod ain't cuttin' it for my three-day stay. Just sayin'.

i was absolutely shocked not to find body wash in the bathroom. i had to ask twice, and when they finally brought it, it was in a plastic cup—so classy. also, the breakfast was barely edible, really disappointing for a place that prides itself on dining. i expected a complimentary upgrade after all this, but that must've been too much to ask.

great stay but check-in needs improvement
The room was impressively clean and comfortable during my one-night stay. I particularly enjoyed the grab-and-go breakfast options, which made mornings more efficient. The staff showed genuine care, especially when I asked for additional items that were promptly delivered. I also appreciated the nearby walking areas, perfect for taking my dog outside.
Check-in took longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.

The hotel boasts clean, modern rooms with ample amenities like USB ports and a comfortable king bed. Staff were friendly and responsive, particularly when an urgent housekeeping request was made. While the breakfast selection included a delightful array of pastries and fresh fruits, the lack of regular cleaning services was disappointing. Additionally, some noise from the nearby railroad affected the peacefulness of the stay.
